Project MadMesh

The goal of this project is to activate the community and build an alternative/emergency communication network based on the open source project Mehscore

Phase 1 : 09-11.2025

• Initial tests (done!)

• Development of solar repeater suitable for mass implementations (done!)

Phase 2 : 11.2025 - 01.2026

• 20+ repeaters installed around Madrid by the end of 01.2026 (done)

• All repeaters connected in one mesh (done)

• Create "Upper Layer" of the mesh that will allow others to join easily the already existing mesh, and extend or strengthen it. (done)

Phase 3 : 01.2026 - 06.2026

• 100+ Repeaters around Madrid ( about 45 live rpts in the moment of writing 02.2026 )

• Upgrading existing repeaters form the phase 2 (in progress)

• Website with tech related materials (in progress)
